Shrigopal Kandoi - CFO
Mr. Shrigopal Kandoi has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Lykis Limited since November 2020. Leading the Accounts & Finances vertical of the Lykis Group, he oversees strategy, governance, and collaboration with finance teams across all the Group companies. With expertise in budgeting, financial planning & analysis, reporting, tax management, and fundraising, he provides competent leadership. Previously, Mr. Kandoi held the position of CFO at Spectra International Limited, where he managed the Accounts & Finance department. With over 10+ years of experience, he has excelled in finance, corporate planning & development, strategy, and compliance. Beginning his career in the manufacturing industry, he has also held finance leadership roles in the pharmaceutical export sector. Mr. Kandoi also holds esteemed qualifications as a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and a Diploma in Insurance and Risk.
Nadir Dhrolia - Managing Director
Mr. Dhrolia is a highly motivated and results-oriented businessman driven by the ambition to establish Lykis as a prominent brand in both- domestic and international markets. He believes “Progress is never a dream- it is always a distant reality. You reach one milestone & the other is waiting on the horizon.” With this mindset, Mr. Dhrolia envisions Lykis Ltd. as one of India's leading FMCG exporters that could make a difference with its quality and value-for-money products. Rising from humble beginnings, Mr. Dhrolia has diligently built a thriving exports business through hard work, persistence, and foresight. He has gained extensive experience in the African market over the past 16 years and is now associated with renowned brands. Under his leadership, Lykis Ltd. has expanded beyond FMCG to encompass personal care, healthcare, food and beverage, and cosmetics segments. Mr. Dhrolia firmly believes that Lykis will soon emerge as a prominent player in the premium cosmetics, personal care, and healthcare sectors. The journey of Lykis Ltd. is limitless, and Mr. Dhrolia is confident that with the continued support of his team and clients, the company will consistently achieve new milestones of excellence in the years to come.

Becoming Lykis Ltd.
